This just made our day!!!

First time to ever see a

Pileated Woodpecker. We

were so excited!

Do I look 30 pounds lighter?

All my jeans are baggy!

Home away from home.

Jack with wine glass in hand,

tending the fire.

Here is a better picture of our OK nest. Learning how to use my camera and this laptop! Duh!

Met two local eagle watchers who helped us locate and watch three more nests.

Just as we got to this nest the eagle flew out.

This was the closest nest we saw. It has one young eagle about to fledge. He was eating. Did not see an adult eagle.
